We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our clients team and support their sales team by compiling and analyzing sales and market data to help our organization sell more effectively, as well as keeping up to date with Bid to tenders and ongoing projects.




Sales Analyst responsibilities include reviewing market trends and other sales figures to help our sales team understand the market and provide more recommendations to our clients potential clients. 




Ultimately, you will work with our clients sales team to improve our sales process and help us close more sales opportunities. 


Responsibilities

Develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data

Study past sales data to determine trends in productivity

Conduct research into competitive companies and the surrounding market

Handling customer contract addendums, ensuring information provided is correct and filing of contract addendums once executed

Monitoring performance, running PM reports, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.

Assisting with the preparation of RFP’s & tenders

Attending meetings to assist with note taking, account receivables and providing general updates

Communicating on accounts, working with account managers regarding accounts to help resolve customer concerns and address gaps in delivery service

Platform management, analyzing and checking work order status, monitoring and reporting on technician check arrival and departure times

Run reports from Dashboard and SAP

Manage customer adhoc requests

Collate data for internal meetings and customer meetings

Assist with presentations





Proven work experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role

Experience in the construction industry, HVAC, or capital infrastructure sales is desirable, but not essential

Experience working with Bid systems and other CRMs

Previous working knowledge with SAP would be considered an asset

Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Communicates clearly and effectively

Pays close attention to detail

Internal drive to succeed with a resourceful approach to problem solving

Advanced Excel skills, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups etc.

Relevant training and/or certifications as a Sales Analyst
