Robert Half has partnered with large commercial construction company that is looking to fill key positions on their Contract team. As part of the team, your main responsibilities will include:



- Managing, coordinating and administering contracts
- Advise project teams on contractual requirements and potential legal implications - to protect the Company from additional risks
- Manage the contract change order process
- Assist with claim mitigation and commercial contract compliance
- Create/assist with project related reporting and documentation
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders



The positions are permanent, full-time roles supporting a long-term, commercial project located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. In addition to a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits will be offered to all successful candidates.

- 5+ years of project experience specifically with contract formation and administration (international experience welcome especially from the UAE)
- Experience with EPC/EPCM projects strongly preferred
- Post secondary education in civil engineering, law, project management or related program is required
- Proven attention to detail and strong legal writing skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Edmonton area
