- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work site environment- Odours
- Cold/refrigerated
Work setting- Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment
Tasks- Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Remove bones from meat
- Train meat cutters
Equipment and machinery experience- Band saw
- Manual cutting utensil
Security and safety- Criminal record check
Work conditions and physical capabilities- Work under pressure
- Tight deadlines

- Hand-eye co-ordination
