Description
This role pays an hourly wage of 23$. It is a dynamic and interactive sales based environment where the team comes first. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years sales experience and 2 years customer service as well as those who have a basic understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining a customer base while all the while providing stellar customer service, as well as a basic maintenance of cleanliness of the store or kiosk.
Main tasks :
Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Teach interest or professional development courses
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervision : 5-10 people
Experience and specialization :
Computer and technology knowledge
