Position: Retail Account Manager – Major Retail and Amazon
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: 100k Package based on experience
In this role, you will be working for a national leader and working with major retail accounts such as Walmart and Amazon.

Brief summary of the role:
- Working in partnership with major retail clients
- Being the primary contact on systems
- Preparing proposals
- Participating in product information and costing
- Managing projects as related to products and working with the account
- Providing support to the client on all matters as related to product, delivery, quality, etc.
- Collaborating with the supply chain department on forecasting demand planning
- Performing additional responsibilities as related to account management
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience managing retail accounts and/or Amazon
- Experience monitoring supply chain in support of a key account to ensure sufficient product stock availability and avoiding a surplus of inventory
- Excellent communication skills to B2B account relationships across Canada
- Strong computer skills – required
- Experience in working with vendor systems
- Very good interpersonal skills, ability to be resourceful in problem solving, react quickly and find solutions, demonstrate effective communication to build and strengthen client relationships
