We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Digital Project Manager to join a contract role with a client based in Calgary, AB. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all business objectives. You will wear many hats, from leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to managing budgets, timelines, and resources. This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week onsite in the Calgary client's office.



- Manage all aspects of digital projects, including scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and communication.
- Partner with stakeholders and project sponsors to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop comprehensive project plans using Microsoft Project Online, including timelines, milestones, and communication plans.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including change control and communication records.
- Manage project budgets and finances, including forecasting, reconciliation, vendor management, and procurement.
- Track project performance against established metrics and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Manage project dependencies and ensure contract compliance.
- Conduct post-implementation analysis and develop recommendations for future projects.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams to understand their needs and ensure project alignment.



- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong client-facing and consultative skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Online and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
