Brandt is currently seeking a Labourer for our St Augustin Construction & Forestry location. The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for controlling in and outbound equipment, washing equipment, and assisting shop service technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Cleaning parts, components, and machines
- Cleaning and organizing the yard
- Some inventory maintenance
- Assisting the other shop personnel fulfill their duties and increase overall shop productivity
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

- Demonstrate safe and efficient workplace practices
- Highly motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to carry out and understand verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be capable of meeting the physical demands of the heavy equipment environment (ie: lifting up to 50 lbs)

Required Experience:

- Must be capable of working under minimal supervision
- Previous mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required
- Forklift experience and heavy duty parts handling considered an asset
