Position: IT Technician – Level 1 and 2
Location: Montreal
Great 8-month contract role with a high probability of extension! Our partner is looking to hire a French-speaking Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be working on all IT-related issues and will have the chance to work on various technology tools.
Requirements for this role:
- 2 years of technical support
- Must be able to set up workstations
- 2 years of experience supporting VPN connectivity, Active directory accounts
- 2 years of office 365 experience
