- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Tasks- Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries
- Provide customer service
- Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses - Provincial or territorial licence
Insurance experience- Property/casualty insurance
- Automobile insurance
