Position: Executive Assistant
Location: West Island
Do you have experience providing high-level administration support to an executive? Are you looking for a position in the West Island?
Do you have a Bachelor's degree? This position is fully onsite at their beautiful and impressive headquarters!
Our client, a leading real estate development company, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a top-level management executive! Whether you're a seasoned professional or a recent graduate, they welcome candidates at all levels to join their team.

Your profile:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High discretion in handling personal matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
- Ability to maintain composure and prioritize tasks under pressure
Your role:
- Perform email management, organization and prioritization
- Be responsible for relaying all pertinent meeting information back to executive
- Respond on executive’s behalf via email, in person, phone
- Draft correspondences and prepare presentations
- Ensure executive has time in between meetings
- Set up conference calls, meetings, and MS Teams/Zoom calls with internal and external clients, partners, etc.
- Coordinate and organize on and off-site corporate events (annual retreats, townhalls, etc.)
- Produce, compile and follow-up on reports, files, budgets, and other documents as required
- Obtain and organize monthly reports
- Execute other related tasks
