Description
REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Looking for a professional, dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join the Team of a top producing broker in Quebec. We specialize in the Montreal luxury real estate market and are seeking an energetic Team member who thrives in working in a fast paced environment. This position would be working alongside and reporting to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assisting in creation and Management of Social Media platforms, in addition to online and print campaigns
- Assisting in the preparation of homes for photoshoots, measuring, creating floorplans with Cubicasa and videography for social media
- Coordinate photoshoot and videography appointments
- Creating property brochures, mailers, pamphlets and monthly newsletters
- Preparing brokerage contracts and listing presentations
- Assisting in uploading new listings and obtaining pertinent documentation
- Managing and organizing virtual and physical filing systems
- Organizing and submitting paperwork for compliance with Board rules and regulations
- Preparing various documents, such as letters and marketing reports in both French and English
Requirements:
- Real Estate experience
- Proficient knowledge of the following: Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, Excel and Outlook Office spreadsheet
- Fluently bilingual; written and verbal
- Detail oriented
- Ability to take initiative
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to clearly and effectively organize a high volume of documents
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Familiarity with online real estate tools an asset (JLR, Centris, Land Registry,etc.)
- Must be comfortable working both independently and on a Team
