Hello, I am Jinane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment agency specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I handle two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
I am currently searching, on behalf of my client, a company located on the East end of Montreal, for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This is a permanent position on site.
Your responsibilities:
-Own the cash reconciliations process - Bank reconciliation
-Assist in the preparation of the balance sheet account reconciliation
-Perform foreign exchange revaluations
-Track and reconcile intercompany account balances
-Processing of transactional and recurring journal entries
-Identify and collaborate towards process improvement initiatives
Think this job is for you? It might be the case if you have:
-Certification or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-1-3 years work experience in a similar role.
-Good knowledge of Excel and experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is an asset.
-Bilingual (oral and written) in French and English.
-work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
-Strong interpersonal skills
